The Property Search Group (PSG) was founded in 1997 to provide local searches to the conveyance profession. It is now a national network of 84 locally franchised offices and in 2007 provided searches for 1 in 4 property transactions in the UK.  PSG has been at the forefront of Home Information Pack provision, since their introduction in August 2007 with its unique ability to deliver a bespoke local service with the backing of a national organization.

In order to be able to deliver a total HIPs package, PSG employs it own Domestic Energy Assessors locally who all have a good knowledge of the local area. On completion of the sale of your property Pollard Residential will reimburse the cost of your Home Information Pack cutting the cost of your sale.*

As your Home Information Pack is a mandatory document Pollard Residential prefers not to "retail" HIPS, we do not therefore make commission from PSG.

If you already have a compliant HIP Pollard Residential is, subject to verification and agreement of cost, usually able to reimburse you for HIPs prepared by other providers.*
